Style Encore Winnipeg St. James is proudly owned and operated by Chantelle Harder and Alex Domingo, both of whom are deeply committed to their Winnipeg community. Alex is a proud mom of two wonderful kids and has a supportive husband, along with a loyal dog who keeps things fun and lively at home. Together, Alex and her family share a love for travel, always looking for new places to explore and create lasting memories.

Chantelle, a local Metis entrepreneur, also owns Plato's Closet St. James and Once Upon a Child Winnipeg East, and also founded Harder HIIT Fitness, a non-profit community gym. She’s also a co-owner of three Plato’s Closet locations in Calgary and Airdrie, Alberta. Alongside her helpful and devoted husband Rob, and their four great kids, Chantelle is passionate about living life to the fullest and always maintaining a positive attitude.
