What are your buying Hours?
Our Buy Counter Opens at 11am Mon-Fri. Please try to drop items off by 5pm so that we can process the items the same day. Please anticipate a MINIMUM 1 HOUR WAIT TIME. Not Buying Inventory on Sundays.

Now Buying Fall & Winter styles... Fall Dresses, long sleeve tops/sweaters, Pants, Trench Coats, Handbags & Accessories/Jewlery & Designer Items: Handbags, Wallets, Belts, shoes, scarves, watches, jewelry and clothing
Do I need to wash the items before coming to sell?
Yes, All Items Must be:
1) Free from rips, tears, stains, odours and pet hair
2) Freshly Laundered
3) A Current Style
4) Brought in a reusable tote/basket or reusable bag and folded nicely... NO GARBAGE BAGS or HANGERS please.
When can i pick up my items?
When Selling us your items... Your items must be picked up same day. Otherwise they are considered as a donation to the store
What will be the waiting time if I'm selling my items?
Please anticipate a MINIMUM 1 HOUR WAIT TIME. Wait times Vary each day. Our owner must review all designer items. As our designer items go through an authentication process, Please anticipate a minimum 2 hour wait or longer on your designer items.
